Privacy
Type something into the checker or the cleaner and it is not sent over the network. This site has no accounts, file uploads or client-side analytics, and it sets no cookies. The one thing a visit does produce is the ordinary request data any host records, covered below. Last reviewed 17 August 2026.
Processing in your browser
Press a button on the home page and all it does is reveal a result already sitting in the page. The checker scores inside your browser. The cleaner inspects there too and applies only the changes you approve. The site does not transmit or automatically store your text or choices. Copying or downloading starts only when you request it.
The SynthID-Text fixture accepts no text. Its fixed token IDs and public table are bundled with the page, and its score calculation makes no network request.
Declawd does not send text to Anthropic or call its planned detector API. Adding any future remote check would require a separate privacy and product decision.
Fonts come from this domain. There are no third-party embeds, advertising, tracking pixels, session replay or client-side analytics of any kind.
Technical protection
The content security policy sets connect-src 'none', which stops page scripts from opening network connections.
Who is responsible
San Digital Limited is responsible for personal data processed when you visit this site. Contact office@sandigital.uk or write to Kendal House, Oxenholme Road, Kendal, England, LA9 7RL if you have a privacy question or want to use your data rights.
Request data recorded by the host
The site is served by Vercel. For the pages and files we publish, Vercel acts as our processor under its data processing addendum. Vercel is separately the controller of what that addendum calls service-generated data, the usage data and metadata produced by running the service, so some of what the platform does here is governed by Vercel’s own terms rather than by ours.
To deliver a page and keep the service available, Vercel processes the request data any web server needs: your IP address, the page requested, your browser user agent, the response status, the region that served you and the time of the request. Vercel also records an edge request event for every request, including requests for static files. That is built into the platform, whatever a site does, and it is why the claim on this page is that there is no client-side analytics rather than no measurement at all.
We use that processing to serve the site, to keep it available and protected against attack and abuse, and to diagnose faults. The lawful basis is our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) of the UK GDPR: running a working, secure public website. We judge this to have limited effect on you, because the data is the minimum a server needs, we do not combine it with anything else and we do not use it to profile or target anyone.
This site runs on Vercel’s Pro plan, where runtime logs are kept for one day. We have not configured log drains or any other export, and we keep no separate log of our own, so one day is the limit of what we can reach. That is not a statement about everything Vercel holds: its own operational, security and billing records are kept under its terms and its retention schedule, not ours.
Vercel Inc. is based in the United States, so serving this site involves an international transfer. Vercel states that it complies with the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and its UK Extension, and uses standard contractual clauses or another appropriate mechanism where those apply. See Vercel’s privacy notice.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, and to ask us to restrict how we use it. You also have a separate right to object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interests, which is the basis relied on here.
To use any of these rights, write to office@sandigital.uk. We will respond within one month. Please say which right you want to use and give us enough detail to find the records, which for request data means the approximate date and time and the IP address you were using; without that we may not be able to identify anything relating to you.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk, by telephone on 0303 123 1113, or by post to Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9 5AF.
